Scrapbook Room Challenge

Just in time! Organized Junkie is hosting a 30 day
organizational challenge and I thought I could use the motivation. My challenge; the dreaded scrapbook room....although I have to say, I feel better after seeing some of the other pix..lol. I chose this room because it's the one room in the house that I just can't seem to get organized. I just drag all my supplies to the dining room and scrap in there and then pile it back into the room when I'm finished. The problem is a lack of storage, so I will be on the hunt for creative storage solutions this month. Another problem, is that since DH has arrived home from Iraq, all things military have landed in this room.

View as you enter the room...isn't that just beautiful??!

And this is where I'm supposed to be creative?!

Ok...my plan of attack is to (1) empty the room, (2) sort and purge, (3) put some paint on those white walls...(I mean really, who can be creative with white walls)...(4) and find creative storage solutions. As for help, if you're reading this and you live in driving distance to my house...consider yourself recruited!! I'll be posting updates...if you don't hear from me in a few days, you might want to send the search and rescue team. Check out the other brave challenge contestants at www.orgjunkie.com ...who knows? You might decide to join in the fun!!

Thanks for popping by my blog! Hope you'll come again!

I wish you luck with your challenge. If I lived close by we would be able to help each other with our organization! :)

Good luck with the challenge. You will be able to be much more creative once the room is done.
